Do the prices displayed on Nice Rug include VAT?
Yes. All prices
displayed include the current rate of UK VAT.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK normally takes 2-3 working days - from before
midday on the day of ordering.
If an item is out of stock how can I find out
when it will be available?
Register with Nice Rug to add items to your
Wish List. When out of stock items on your Wish List become available you will
be notified by email.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Sign-in or register with Nice Rug, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘Purchase Gift Certificate.’
Do you have a newsletter?
We occasionally announce great offers and distribute
discount codes to our registered users via email. To receive newsletters from
us all you have to do is fill in the ‘Newsletter Sign-up’ form wherever you
see it on the site. Alternatively, register with Nice Rug and tick the
mailing list option.

I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with the item you have received you
can return it no later that the eighth working day following receipt of goods
– DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM BEFORE WE HAVE SUPPLIED A RETURNS
REFERANCE CODE.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth
return transaction.

- Contact us no later than the eighth working day following receipt of
goods to initiate return.
- You will be supplied with a returns reference code by telephone or
email, which needs to be displayed clearly on the returned item’s packaging.
NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL A RETURNS REFERENCE
CODE HAS BEEN ISSUED.
- Deliver the item in its original condition to the address specified
on the accompanying paperwork or as instructed by a member of the Nice Rug
team during correspondence.
- On receipt of the item you will be refunded in full via Protx - our
secure payment gateway.
